Gleeds Deutschland GmbH, a consulting and project management company, has signed a long-term lease for approximately 570 square metres of office space in the Depot Sachsenhausen property in Frankfurt. The property is located at Hedderichstraße 36. Through this move, the company is relocating its previous headquarters and doubling its office space.
Gleeds was advised on the lease by blackolive, a member of German Property Partners (GPP). The mandate included targeted support in the search process and the identification of a suitable solution that met the company's requirements. According to Felix Berhndt, Managing Director of Gleeds Deutschland GmbH, the new location enables the creation of appropriate conditions for further development in Frankfurt. It was important for the company to find an office property that suited its business model in terms of both location and quality.
Location and History of Depot Sachsenhausen
Depot Sachsenhausen, where the newly leased premises are located, was developed on the site of a former tram depot. This area originated in 1899 near Frankfurt's Südbahnhof. In 2008, the area underwent extensive revitalisation.
In the course of this revitalisation, the facades of three historic tram halls were preserved. These halls are partly listed buildings and were integrated into the current building complex. The property currently combines various types of use at one location.

The location in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen is characterised by good transport links, particularly due to its proximity to the Südbahnhof. It also offers short distances to local amenities and gastronomic offerings, which increases the attractiveness of the location for companies and their employees.
