RUHR REAL has brokered two office spaces, together approximately 2,000 m², in the property "Im Welterbe 8" at the UNESCO World Heritage Site Zollverein in Essen. As a result of these agreements, all previously vacant spaces in this building have been re-let long-term.
A specialist in building automation will occupy around 970 m². Additionally, another approximately 940 m² has been let to the administration of a logistics company. The property is owned by RAG Montan Immobilien GmbH. Both companies plan to move in during the course of 2027.

The new tenants' decision for this location was significantly influenced by its special position within the UNESCO World Heritage Site Zollverein. In addition to the historical and cultural environment, the modern building standard and the existing infrastructure were particularly compelling. These factors contributed to the companies consciously choosing this property.

She referred to a remaining vacant space on the first floor of the property "Im Welterbe 2". Kopp expressed her gratitude to RUHR REAL for the cooperation and successful brokerage.
