P3 Logistic Parks, an established long-term investor, asset manager, and developer of logistics properties in Europe, has announced the appointment of Simon Carter as Chief Executive Officer. Mr Carter has already joined the company as CEO-designate and will fully assume operational leadership from 17 September 2026.
The current CEO, Frank Pörschke, is stepping down after almost six years in the role. During the transition phase, Mr Pörschke will support Mr Carter and the expanded leadership team of P3 Logistic Parks to ensure a smooth handover.

Background of the New CEO's Experience
Simon Carter brings extensive experience in real estate, finance, and strategy to P3 Logistic Parks. Prior to his move, he held senior leadership positions at renowned companies, including British Land, Logicor, and Quintain Estates & Development. These included the role of Chief Executive at British Land and Chief Financial Officer at Logicor.
