The "Altezza" property, located at Erika-Mann-Straße 23 in Arnulfpark, comprises a total area of around 20,000 square metres. It is part of the real estate portfolio of the Luxembourg Special AIF "CORE German Office", which is managed by Institutional Investment Partners. Frankfurter Ärzteversorgung acts as the owner of the property. The successful brokerage underscores the attractiveness of Munich as a location for supra-regional institutions.
