BWH Hotels Central Europe, a company of the DEHAG Hospitality Group, is intensifying its presence in the serviced apartment segment. By the end of the current year, three new locations in Frankfurt Eastside, Fürth and Düsseldorf will be added to the existing eight properties, which resulted from a cooperation with ipartment. This expansion marks a new phase of the collaboration, which began in November 2025, between the international hotel group and ipartment, a leading provider of serviced apartments since 2008.

Marcus Smola, CEO of BWH Hotels Central Europe, commented on the partnership's development. He highlighted that the cooperation had developed successfully in a hospitality segment still relatively new to BWH Hotels. The positive feedback over recent months confirms the potential of the collaboration and forms the basis for the subsequent expansion of capacities. The new properties will, similar to existing locations such as Berlin, Braunschweig, Böblingen, Darmstadt, Cologne, Leverkusen and Wolfsburg, operate under the @HOME by Best Western sub-brand.

Details on the new ipartment locations

The ipartment Frankfurt Eastside, which will be operated as @HOME by Best Western, is scheduled to celebrate its opening in November 2026. It will feature 61 units, some of which are designed in a loft style. The commissioning of ipartment Düsseldorf, also as @HOME by Best Western, is planned for December 2026. This property comprises 126 units and is located in the Seestern business district. In early 2027, specifically in January, ipartment Fürth, @HOME by Best Western, will open its doors. This location offers 99 units in a central inner-city position.

Ralph Stock, founder and CEO of ipartment, emphasised the continued development of the collaboration with BWH. He referred to the positive evolution of the partnership, which he considers a crucial component for his company's sustainable growth. Daniel Brünenberg, COO of ipartment, added that the cooperation with BWH generates significant added value in sales. This includes increased national and international visibility, access to new sales channels, and professional sales support, which enables a targeted expansion of market presence and the tapping of additional booking potential. ipartment GmbH, based in Cologne, currently operates 16 serviced apartment buildings with approximately 1,300 units.
