Schultheiß Projektentwicklung AG (SPAG) has announced a significant personnel adjustment in one of its three Executive Board positions. Effective 1 October, Moise Bambara will assume responsibility for the "Finance and Human Resources" department within the Executive Board of Schultheiß Projektentwicklung AG. He is moving from Munich-based Büschl Gruppe, an established property developer in the Bavarian capital, to Nuremberg to join the Schultheiß Immobiliengruppe.
Dr. Matthias Schindler, who was previously responsible for Finance and Human Resources on the Executive Board, will conclude his executive activities for the company on 30 June this year. This step is being taken by mutual agreement with the shareholders and the Supervisory Board. To ensure a smooth transition, Dr. Schindler will continue to advise the company until autumn and will oversee the onboarding of his successor.
Thanks and Outlook
Prof. Dr. Roland Fleck, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Schultheiß Projektentwicklung AG, acknowledged Dr. Schindler's long-standing commitment to the Schultheiß Group and expressed his gratitude. Regarding the new appointment, Prof. Dr. Fleck stated: "We are pleased to have gained Mr. Moise Bambara, a seasoned financial expert with extensive experience in the real estate sector, for the Schultheiß Group."
Dr. Hermann Ruttmann, the Chief Executive Officer, regretted the departure of his executive colleague but was pleased by Dr. Schindler's willingness to provide advisory support during the handover to his successor. Principal shareholder Konrad Schultheiß views this change in the Chief Financial Officer position as a targeted opportunity for the company to align its personnel with the new strategic direction established at the beginning of the year. He emphasised that with Dr. Hermann Ruttmann, Thomas Werner, and Moise Bambara on the Executive Board team, Schultheiß Projektentwicklung AG is well-equipped for the future.
The new appointment reflects the endeavour to strategically strengthen the leadership and realign competencies in finance and human resources to meet the current and future demands of the real estate market. The integration of Moise Bambara as an experienced financial expert is intended to secure the company's further development and stability.
