The Ampega companies are implementing a planned change in the leadership of their Investment Management division. Dr. Christoph Heidelbach will succeed Dr. Thomas Mann with effect from 1 January 2027. This transition is the result of a carefully prepared process, which will begin on 1 October 2026, when Dr. Heidelbach joins the Ampega management board. Dr. Thomas Mann will continue to be fully responsible for and lead the Investment Management division until the end of his term.
Dr. Jan Wicke, CFO of Talanx AG and Chairman of Ampega's Supervisory Board, commented on the appointment. Furthermore, Dr. Wicke stressed that Dr. Thomas Mann will continue his duties with full commitment until the end of the year. For customers and business partners of Ampega companies, this personnel change will have no impact on existing collaborations or business processes. Continuity in support and operational procedures is ensured, as all handover steps will be structured.
