SOF-11 Klimt CAI S.à r.l., the majority shareholder of CA Immobilien Anlagen AG, has exercised its delegation rights and made changes to the composition of the Supervisory Board. With effect from 15 September 2026, Timothy Abram and Christopher Lowthert have been appointed as new members. They succeed Jeffrey Dishner and Nicholas Chadwick, who previously held these positions.
Mr Abram is a Managing Director and, in his role at Starwood Capital Group, is responsible as Head of European Asset Management and Head of International Hotels. Prior to this, Mr Abram gained professional experience at UBS Investment Bank and in the Global Markets division of Citi in London, which underscores his expertise in the financial sector.
New Appointments and Committee Chairmanship
Mr Lowthert serves as Managing Director and Global CFO of Funds at Starwood Capital Group, where he has been employed since January 2016.
