Cushman & Wakefield is continuing the strategic expansion of its Logistics & Industrial activities in Germany. The strengthening of its presence in Frankfurt and the Central region is being realised through the appointment of Yunus Erciyas, Fabian Scholz, and Tom Gosmann. These three real estate consultants are well-established in the market and are joining Cushman & Wakefield together.
Yunus Erciyas will take over as Head of Logistics & Industrial Agency Frankfurt & Region Central, leading the business in the region, effective 1 January 2027. Fabian Scholz will start as Partner and Tom Gosmann as Director on 1 December 2026. These specialists previously worked together successfully for approximately ten years.
Building market expertise
In their previous roles, Erciyas, Scholz, and Gosmann jointly established and continuously developed Colliers' Logistics & Industrial business in Frankfurt and the Rhine-Main region. They possess comprehensive expertise in advising owners and occupiers, in-depth knowledge of regional markets, and a network within the industry built up over many years.
Through this joint move, Cushman & Wakefield is specifically strengthening its advisory expertise and market presence in one of Germany's most significant logistics regions. The company is thus laying the foundation for the further expansion of the Logistics & Industrial Agency in the Central region and even closer integration with the nationwide network.
Strategic importance of the region
Rainer Koepke, Head of Logistics & Industrial Agency Germany at Cushman & Wakefield, commented on the appointments, emphasising that after existing presences in Düsseldorf and Berlin, further regional expansion is now beginning in Frankfurt. He highlighted that the Rhine-Main area and the Rhine-Neckar region are among the central and highest-turnover logistics markets in Germany. Koepke explained that the new team around Yunus Erciyas aims to combine global logistics know-how and client support with regional expertise.
Mario Herbst, Head of Leasing & Tenant Representation Germany at Cushman & Wakefield, added that the company is launching its new Logistics & Industrial Agency team in Frankfurt. He expressed his conviction that logistics is among the best-performing and most resilient asset classes in the real estate industry. The strategic positioning in this region underscores the importance of the logistics sector for Cushman & Wakefield's portfolio.
