Estate agency DAHLER, which specialises in the premium segment, is further developing its organisational structure in its home market of Hamburg. To leverage synergies and steer its presence across the city even more purposefully, management responsibilities will in future be consolidated centrally. The management of the company-owned offices has been in joint hands since 1 October 2026.
Central dual leadership for four Hamburg offices
With this step, the company is transferring overall responsibility for four selected core markets to an established leadership duo. Effective immediately, Britta Gries and Anna Wilckens are jointly responsible for the strategic and operational management of the firm's offices in the Hanseatic city. The reorganisation covers four established locations in sought-after areas:
- —Elbvororte
- —Alstertal
- —Alster West
- —HafenCity
By grouping these four locations under joint leadership, DAHLER aims to organise regional market coverage in Hamburg in a cohesive manner. The close integration of the offices along the Elbe and around the Alster is intended to simplify internal processes and further sharpen the service offering for discerning clients.
Experienced profiles from the prime real estate segment
Both managing directors have many years of experience in the prime brokerage business. Britta Gries has been active in the property sector since 2017. She began her career at Engel & Völkers in Düsseldorf, where she worked as a sales consultant in the premium segment and gained extensive market knowledge handling high-end residential property transactions.
Anna Wilckens is a qualified real estate professional and started her career in the Hamburg property market. In 2018, she also joined Engel & Völkers. There, like her colleague, she initially worked as a sales consultant before taking on responsibility for operational structures and processes as operations manager from 2021.
With the joint appointment of Britta Gries and Anna Wilckens, DAHLER is relying on a combination of sales experience in the high-end segment and operational management practice. The consolidated steering of the four company-owned locations marks a key step in developing the firm's presence in Hamburg.
