Deepki, a key player in real estate analytics, has completed the acquisition of EVORA Global, a globally active sustainability consultancy, and its subsidiary Metry, which specialises in energy data collection. This transaction, Deepki's fifth strategic acquisition, solidifies the company's position as a global market leader and integrates three essential core competencies: technology, automated energy data collection, and comprehensive real estate expertise within a single global corporate entity.
The real estate sector is currently in a phase where yield and risk-oriented decisions are becoming increasingly important. The volatility of energy prices, climate risks, and the progressive electrification of buildings fundamentally modify the economics of portfolios. Investors are required to precisely record the development of properties, identify targeted investments, realise potential, and recognise future values and risks at an early stage.
Vincent Bryant, CEO and Co-founder of Deepki, stated that real estate experts need a clear foundation for rapid decisions, protection of liquidity, and sustainable value enhancement of assets. The combination of Metry's automated data engine with EVORA's investment consulting expands Deepki's AI platform, providing clients with a comprehensive partner. The aim is to empower leaders in the real estate sector to manage transaction due diligence, optimise energy strategies, and generate measurable portfolio value from capital raising to exit.
Deepki's expanded offering aims to support clients in improving the financial and environmental performance of their portfolios. This involves bringing together three crucial competencies designed to work synergistically.
- —Metry strengthens automated data collection in the Nordic countries, reducing manual effort and providing a sound basis for strategic decisions through reliable data on a larger scale.
- —EVORA Global, as a partner for the entire investment lifecycle, contributes in-depth specialist knowledge covering transaction due diligence, property valuations, and active energy procurement. This expertise complements Deepki's platform and services, strengthening its market leadership in the USA, UK, and Europe.
- —The combination of EVORA's and Metry's capabilities with Deepki's bespoke technology and Artificial Intelligence transforms portfolio data into actionable insights. This offers comprehensive support from automated data collection to implementation, to accelerate asset value development and achieve a faster return on investment.
Paul Sutcliffe and Ed Gabbitas, Co-founders of EVORA Global, emphasised that the merger with Deepki aims to provide global clients with added value in terms of speed and clarity. By uniting consulting talent with the AI-powered sustainability platform, the necessary tools and expertise will be provided to maximise portfolio ROI and manage complex transformations.
EVORA's consulting team will collaborate with Deepki in a co-selling model, providing clients with direct access to consulting teams alongside their software subscription. EVORA clients will benefit from access to the Deepki platform and its AI functionalities. The SIERA platform database will be seamlessly migrated to the Deepki platform, ensuring service continuity and enhanced analytical capabilities for all existing users. Metry's technology, as an integral part of Deepki's data infrastructure, will further consolidate automated data collection for clients across various markets.
