Deepki, an international provider of sustainability solutions for the real estate industry, has filled two key leadership positions. Sara Volpe has been appointed Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), while Nicolas Guinet takes on the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). These appointments come at a time when Deepki is expanding its capabilities and target markets to support the value enhancement of real estate portfolios.
The company has recently undertaken international expansion and strategic acquisitions. With an expanded portfolio encompassing sustainability data, an AI-powered platform, and consulting services, Deepki intends to broaden its international presence through organic growth as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Strengthening Market Position and Financial Strategy
Ms Volpe brings over 20 years of experience in developing B2B SaaS and enterprise technology companies, including senior leadership positions at AVEVA and Schneider Electric. In her role as CMO, she will lead Deepki's global marketing and go-to-market strategy. Her responsibilities include strengthening the global market position, accelerating customer and revenue growth, expanding the addressable market, and building a scalable business platform. Ms Volpe stated that the real estate industry is moving from mere sustainability reporting to a more comprehensive question of how the performance and long-term value of properties can be improved through data, technology, and artificial intelligence. Deepki has the opportunity to help shape this market category, and her focus is on expanding the markets served and refining the value propositions.
Mr Guinet possesses 15 years of international financial leadership experience in the technology and services sectors, including with companies such as iBasis, WPP, and Altran. As CFO, he will be responsible for Deepki's global financial strategy and cross-company activities. The aim is to position the company for scalable growth to ensure platform reliability and long-term customer success. Mr Guinet emphasised that building a market-leading platform requires a solid operational backbone. Deepki will achieve its goals through efficiency and a strong team, with the full integration of acquisitions and high capital efficiency forming a foundation for further investment in the platform and the provision of a service to customers worldwide.
Strategic Expansions and Future Direction
These appointments follow Deepki's acquisitions of Camion, EVORA Global, and Metry. These acquisitions have expanded the company's capabilities in AI-powered electrification, sustainability consulting, and automated energy data collection. Together with the existing platform, these new capabilities enable Deepki to support property owners, investors, and users with operational, sustainability-related, and financial challenges.
Vincent Bryant, CEO and Co-founder of Deepki, stated that real estate sector leaders require more powerful technologies to create value in global portfolios. Deepki has expanded its capabilities and geographical presence to meet these opportunities and now aims to offer solutions that help leading real estate companies enhance the performance and value of their entire portfolios. Mr Bryant sees in the new leaders the necessary expertise to scale this ambition – organically, internationally, and through continuous strategic investments.
