Following an extensive planning phase, Deutsche Reihenhaus AG has started sales for its new “Am Stadtpark” residential quarter in Lampertheim. The development project spans a plot of approximately 9,900 square metres on Eugen-Schreiber-Straße, which was acquired back in 2017. The plan is to construct 32 terraced houses of the “120 m² Wohntraum” type, intended to offer family-friendly housing in a central location.
Carsten Rutz, CEO of Deutsche Reihenhaus AG, expressed his satisfaction with the project's launch. He emphasised that after the land acquisition and a longer planning period, a consistently well-conceived quarter would be realised. The central location of the plot offers optimal conditions for short distances and stable infrastructure, which is important for families. The quarter is situated in an existing area that ensures good accessibility to shops, educational facilities, and public transport.
Sustainable Energy Concept and Construction Start
A key aspect of the project is its sustainable energy concept. The energy and heating supply for the new quarter will be based on the use of photovoltaic systems in combination with heat pumps. The residential buildings will be constructed according to the criteria for Climate-Friendly New Buildings set by the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW), making them eligible for funding. This underscores the focus on energy-efficient and future-oriented construction.
The terraced houses will be built using a serial construction method, which allows for efficiency in the building process. The start of construction is scheduled for spring 2027. Pricing for the “120 m² Wohntraum” model begins at 359,990 EUR, with the land share already included.
Experience in Lampertheim
This marks Deutsche Reihenhaus AG's second project in Lampertheim. The “Am Bibliser Weg” quarter, comprising twelve terraced houses of the “145 m² Familienglück” model, was completed in 2019, highlighting the company's expertise in the local market. The proximity to the city park complements the urban infrastructure of the new “Am Stadtpark” quarter with important green and recreational spaces, directly accessible from the living areas, further enhancing the quality of life.
