Two further long-term leases have been registered for the DUO Tower in Düsseldorf. These new lettings, covering a total of 1,200 square metres, solidify the property's occupancy rate following its repositioning. Both tenants will occupy an entire floor each, highlighting the attractiveness of the spaces for established companies.

The nationwide real estate service provider Tattersall Lorenz will move into the 16th floor of the DUO Tower, which covers an area of approximately 500 square metres, from November 2026. Avison Young acted as advisor for this letting. Additionally, Verlag Dr. Otto Schmidt KG, a specialist publisher focusing on law, economics, and taxation, will rent approximately 700 square metres on the third floor for its Düsseldorf branch from December 2026. Savills advised Verlag Dr. Otto Schmidt on this tenancy. Colliers acted as advisor and marketing partner for the owner in both transactions.

Comprehensive modernisation and new concepts

The recently concluded lettings are a result of the comprehensive modernisation and repositioning of the DUO Tower. The building offers a total of approximately 9,950 square metres of office space across 18 floors, designed to be modern and flexible. The redesign focused on creating a working environment that fosters both concentrated work and collaboration. Open, light-filled areas are complemented by single and double offices, conference rooms, and so-called 'Think-Tanks'. A central element of the floors are social lounges with integrated kitchenettes, intended to serve as meeting places.

With the completion of the central communal and service areas, the redesign measures for the DUO Tower are now fully finalised. A special feature is the rooftop terrace, which provides additional open space with extensive views over Düsseldorf. A day bistro with seating on two levels and an outdoor terrace has been set up for daily catering and informal meetings. The offering is rounded off by an in-house fitness area with shower and changing facilities for all tenants. The inviting lobby, which includes a working lounge, meeting points, and discussion corners, significantly contributes to a campus-like atmosphere.

The letting processes in the DUO Tower are continuing. Companies still have the opportunity to rent modern and flexible office spaces of various sizes, which meet the requirements of contemporary working environments.
