The main bathroom is fitted with marble surfaces, from the hexagonal stone floor to the walls of the glazed shower. A long double vanity unit combines marble tops with wooden cabinets.
Above the detached double carport is the guesthouse, which serves as a studio with its own outdoor area, kitchenette, and bathroom. An exterior staircase leads to a private veranda, sheltered by a dark wooden pergola. The swimming pool is surrounded by a stone terrace and dense planting. Sun loungers line the water's edge, while a separate dining area with a table and chairs is positioned next to an outdoor serving counter.
