EUROVIA Bau GmbH, one of the leading construction companies in the road construction, civil engineering, and transport infrastructure sectors, has completed the acquisition of its previous company location at Benzstraße 4 in Renningen. This acquisition of the formerly rented property underscores the company's intention for long-term site commitment and the strengthening of its operational presence in the greater Stuttgart area.
The area in question covers a total surface of approximately 8,000 square metres. Located on this plot are an office building with a usable area of around 900 square metres and a workshop building spanning about 1,600 square metres. Additionally, generous open spaces of approximately 3,000 square metres are available. The property serves EUROVIA as a strategically important operational hub for handling complex infrastructure and construction projects in Baden-Württemberg and beyond.
Strategic Importance and Development Prospects
The company has communicated that the acquisition of the site creates a basis for long-term planning security and demonstrates its commitment to the Stuttgart region. This purchase not only optimises the existing operational infrastructure but also opens up additional potential for the company's future developments.
The seller of the property was a private portfolio holder. The transaction was advised by Brokerei Immobilien GmbH from Stuttgart, which supported EUROVIA throughout the entire acquisition process and contributed to the successful completion of the purchase.
Market Positioning
EUROVIA is a subsidiary of the French construction and concessions group VINCI and is thus one of the relevant players within the European construction and infrastructure industry. The company implements projects nationwide in various construction areas, including road construction, civil engineering, as well as transport route and infrastructure construction. This contributes to the modernisation and maintenance of public infrastructure.
The investment in the Renningen location is a sign of EUROVIA's sustainable growth trajectory. It also solidifies the company's position as a reliable partner for infrastructure projects in one of Germany's most economically powerful regions.
