FMP Forderungsmanagement Potsdam GmbH has relocated its company headquarters and now operates from new office premises in the Wilhelmgalerie in Potsdam. The transaction was brokered by Fischer Immobilien GmbH, a licence partner of Engel & Völkers Commercial. This relocation is part of a broader strategic realignment for FMP, which has been operating as part of the LOANCOS Group since early 2026. Previously, FMP was a subsidiary of Deutsche Kreditbank AG.
FMP specialises in receivables management, handling commitments with performance disruptions in both consumer credit and secured loans. The new office premises are located on the fourth floor of the Wilhelmgalerie, whose address is am Platz der Einheit in Potsdam city centre. FMP has leased a total area of approximately 490 square metres there. The lease agreement has a term of five years and incorporates green lease agreements, which aim for sustainable use of the premises.
Strategic Importance and Company Development
Karsten Reitz, Managing Director of FMP Forderungsmanagement Potsdam GmbH and LOANCOS GmbH, commented that the relocation marks the beginning of a new phase of development for FMP within the LOANCOS Group. He added that the company remains consciously connected to Potsdam while creating a modern and vibrant working environment for the team.
Tilo Knebusch, Managing Director of the LOANCOS Group, added that the new premises offer ideal conditions to further advance integration into the LOANCOS Group and to systematically expand the range of services. This strategic decision underpins FMP's efforts to strengthen its operational capacities and cooperation within the group of companies.
