The FOUR Terra owners' association has once again chosen MVGM Property Management Deutschland GmbH as its administrator. MVGM has been responsible for the owners' association of the Terra residential tower in Frankfurt's FOUR Frankfurt high-rise quarter since its completion in 2024.
FOUR Terra is an integral part of FOUR Frankfurt in the centre of the Main metropolis. Completed in 2024, the residential building comprises 242 residential units with a usable area of approximately 23,500 square metres. The administration of a property of this dimension, particularly given its integration into a complex structure of hotels, retail, service facilities, and overarching quarter structures, places heightened demands on property management.
Complex administrative requirements in the quarter
Sandra Trautmann, Senior Property Manager at MVGM and the responsible administrator for FOUR Terra, stated that the environment of the owners' association extends far beyond traditional residential administration. She noted that coordination with investors, the hospitality sector, service providers, and quarter committees forms an essential part of daily business. MVGM interprets the renewed appointment as confirmation of their trusted cooperation to date.
MVGM's aspiration is to stringently represent the owners' interests not only within the owners' association but also at the level of the entire quarter. The owners' decision to continue this course is seen as a special recognition of the work performed.
Representation of owners' interests
The owners' association acts as a shareholder in the quarter management company, where MVGM represents the owners' interests. This includes bringing relevant positions to bear on essential aspects of the quarter's operation. In this role, MVGM ensures that the owners' concerns are taken into account in important decisions.
