REALOGIS Immobilien Deutschland GmbH has fully let Logistics Park Zeven-Aspe for bauwo Grundstücksgesellschaft mbH, Hannover. This includes the recent long-term letting of the last available Unit 1 to a major textile service provider. This final transaction completes the occupancy of the entire modern commercial and logistics property.
The now-let Unit 1 comprises a total rental area of approximately 10,544 m². This is divided into roughly 9,360 m² of hall space, around 95 m² of office space, about 619 m² of storage mezzanine, and approximately 470 m² of social areas. Previously, the other two hall sections of the new building, which comprise a total area of around 20,800 m², were already brokered to DMK Deutsche Milchkontor. The total area of the Logistics Park is thus fully occupied.
The newly built property in Zeven-Aspe is equipped with eight loading docks, including a jumbo loading dock, and one ground-level sectional door. The hall height is approximately 12.10 metres to the bottom edge of the truss. A sprinkler system is installed, and a 24/7 usage permit is available. A key feature of the property is its DGNB Gold certification, which confirms the high sustainability standards of the new building.
Fabian von Rohr, Consultant at REALOGIS, assessed the situation. He explained that the user was looking for modern logistics space at short notice. Given the limited availability of space in the region, Logistics Park Zeven-Aspe presented an ideal solution. Von Rohr emphasised the good connectivity and flexibility of the new build. In particular, the possibility of adapting the mezzanine areas to the individual requirements of the tenant was a compelling argument.
Logistics Park Zeven-Aspe is strategically located between Hamburg and Bremen in the Elbe-Weser Triangle. Access to the regional road network is via state road L131 and federal road B71. The A1 motorway is quickly accessible via the Elsdorf and Bockel junctions, further enhancing the attractiveness of the location for logistics companies.
