Advisory firm burberger has concluded a large-scale retail letting in Heilbronn city centre. Asian supermarket chain goAsia is taking over a rental unit of around 940 square metres at Kaiserstraße 29–31. The new location occupies a prime city-centre retail pitch and strengthens the retail concept's presence in southern Germany.
The transaction was brokered on behalf of an investment fund company that owns the commercial property. Following the signing of the lease agreement, preparations for the upcoming store fit-out are underway. The official opening of the new branch in Heilbronn is scheduled for early 2027.
Expansion of the nationwide branch network
With this latest agreement, retailer goAsia continues its steady expansion across Germany. Nationwide, the chain now operates more than 70 locations. The new lease adds an established address in a high-footfall location to the portfolio and underlines the ongoing demand for large-format space in city-centre settings.
Commenting on the successful transaction, André Michel, authorised signatory at burberger, stated that his firm had once again identified a suitable property for goAsia and provided focused support throughout the letting process. Both contracting parties conducted negotiations efficiently and collaboratively from start to finish.
The transaction in Baden-Württemberg follows a recent collaboration between the two partners in Frankfurt am Main. Through this repeated brokerage success, the real estate service provider consolidates its partnership with the expanding retailer and continues its commitment to institutional landlords in prime retail destinations.
