Heinrich Hoppe GmbH Spedition + Logistik, an established logistics service provider, has significantly expanded its operational premises at CTPark Bremen. A renewed letting of approximately 9,300 square metres of rental space extends the company's total presence at the site to over 21,000 square metres. Previously, Heinrich Hoppe had already been utilising 12,300 square metres in the same business park since the end of 2024. This expansion underscores the growing demand for strategically located logistics properties.
The additionally leased areas comprise approximately 8,100 square metres of warehouse space, 600 square metres of mezzanine, and 600 square metres of office space. Heinrich Hoppe uses these resources for logistics services and distribution. CTPark Bremen, owned and developed by CTP, encompasses a total usable area of approximately 34,400 square metres on a site covering around 60,000 square metres.
Features and Sustainability Standards
The warehouse sections of CTPark Bremen feature a clear height of twelve metres and a floor load capacity of five tonnes per square metre. For goods logistics, three ground-level gates, eleven large industrial sectional gates, two jumbo bridges, and 24 hydraulic dock levelers are available. These specifications are complemented by flexibly usable mezzanine and office spaces, enabling efficient operational processing.
Sustainability plays a central role at the site, reflected in the business park's DGNB Gold certification. The roof of CTPark Bremen is equipped with a photovoltaic system, and heating is provided by an air-source heat pump. Heinrich Hoppe actively supports this approach by using electric lorries and the charging facilities available at the site. Sandra Kraus, Leasing Director at CTP Germany, emphasised that providing tenants with locations for long-term development is an essential part of the company's strategy. She highlighted that Heinrich Hoppe's renewed space expansion is an example of the success of this strategy, particularly due to the availability of suitable space, efficient infrastructure, and connectivity to key transport axes.
Strategic Location and Transport Links
CTPark Bremen is located at Zum Panrepel 39 in the Mahndorf district, in the east of the Hanseatic city. Its immediate proximity to the Bremer Kreuz and quick access to the A27 ensure an efficient connection to the A1, facilitating routes towards Hamburg, Hanover, and Osnabrück. Bremen city centre and Bremen Airport are also easily accessible from this location. The surrounding area, characterised by established commercial and industrial companies, as well as the connection to the national transport network, offers attractive conditions for businesses in logistics, production, and commerce. Martin Delion, Managing Director of Heinrich Hoppe GmbH Spedition + Logistik, highlighted the straightforward, short-term, and collaborative contract processing, as well as the swift handover of the additional space, which creates the prerequisites for further growth.
