Jagdfeld Real Estate has announced the successful completion of leasing activities for Forum Steglitz in Berlin. With the allocation of the final vacant commercial unit, the shopping centre has achieved full occupancy. Decisive for this achievement is the securing of several operators that complement the centre's tenant mix over the long term.
Optician Mister Spex concludes the space allocation process. The company secured the final vacant unit on the ground floor of the property and signed a long-term lease. Move-in and the official store opening are scheduled for early 2027.
Expansion of amenities through local provisions and artisan services
Also newly represented at Forum Steglitz is Berlin butcher Fleischerei Mago. The long-established, family-run business operates more than 20 branches and is taking a retail unit on the ground floor to sell meat and sausage products. Opening is planned for this autumn. This lease was likewise agreed on a long-term basis.
In the basement, Washbear will expand the property's service offering in the future. The provider combines shoe repairs and key cutting with clothing alterations and laundry services under one roof. The lease was also signed on a long-term basis, with the opening planned for the coming autumn.

Significance for the centre's market positioning
Marius Lorenz, Head of Leasing at Jagdfeld Real Estate, regards this leasing success as a notable signal. Under current market conditions, full occupancy in a shopping centre is exceptionally rare. The fact that Forum Steglitz could be fully occupied with high-quality partners who deepen the retail offering and commit to the location for the long term is particularly gratifying for management.
