JOST Group S.A., an established transport and logistics company headquartered in Luxembourg, has successfully acquired CTJ Janssen GmbH. This acquisition serves to strategically consolidate JOST's market position as a leading independent logistics service provider in Europe. The merger will significantly strengthen JOST's existing European network and expand its operational logistics capacities. The aim is to offer customers even more efficient and comprehensively integrated logistics solutions in the future.
The integration of CTJ Janssen GmbH enables JOST Group S.A. to substantially expand its operational activities. Following the completion of the acquisition, nearly 4,000 employees will be employed under the unified JOST brand. This workforce is spread across a wide geographical area, operating in ten different countries. These include Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, and Tunisia. This personnel and geographical expansion underscores the company's growing importance in the European logistics sector.

CTJ Janssen GmbH, headquartered in Grevenbroich, North Rhine-Westphalia, brings a considerable operational infrastructure to JOST Group S.A. The company operates a fleet of approximately 400 lorries and has over 500 trailers. Furthermore, a 5,000 square metre warehouse complements the existing operational base. These material assets will now be integrated into the overall structure of JOST Group S.A. and will significantly contribute to expanding transport and storage capacities, thereby further optimising the efficiency of logistics chains.
