Accentro Real Estate AG has made a significant personnel decision: effective 3 June 2026, Katja Bielecke will assume the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This appointment follows the dismissal in May of Jörg Neuß, who previously served as CEO and Management Board member. Katja Bielecke will continue to exercise her current function as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and will form the now two-person management board of the company alongside Stefan Hammen, who serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Strategic Realignment and Leadership Qualities
Dariush Ghassemi, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Accentro Real Estate AG, commented on the appointment. He emphasised that Katja Bielecke possesses the ideal prerequisites to consistently drive forward Accentro's strategic realignment. Her experience spanning over two decades in the real estate business, particularly her successful responsibility for complex portfolios in Germany and Europe, was highlighted. Ghassemi also underlined that Ms Bielecke, with her strong leadership qualities, will build upon the foundation already established within the company.
Katja Bielecke has been a member of the Management Board of Accentro Real Estate AG since February 2026. Her career is characterised by many years of activity with renowned international real estate investors and private equity firms. Her previous professional stations include Hudson Advisors and Lapithus. These companies are specialist service providers for Lone Star Funds and Apollo, respectively. There, she acquired comprehensive expertise in distressed debt, real estate investment, and asset management.
Comprehensive Expertise in Real Estate
Ms Bielecke was also instrumental in the successful turnaround of several real estate portfolios. She also supported the establishment of a real estate investment platform for a family office. She brings deep market knowledge across all segments of debt capital and real estate investment to the Management Board. This comprehensive expertise and her extensive experience are, in the Supervisory Board's assessment, crucial for the future development of Accentro Real Estate AG in a demanding market environment.
