Kirk Cousins has put his Georgia estate back on the market. The property is priced at US$2.75 million. This comes as the veteran quarterback prepares for the 2026 season with the Las Vegas Raiders, having previously been released by the Atlanta Falcons.
Cousins acquired the house for just under US$2 million in 2024, after his move to the Atlanta Falcons. However, when the Falcons released him in March, two years before his contract was due to expire, he listed the property for US$2.995 million. After the listing remained without a buyer for several months, it was withdrawn and is now available again at a reduced asking price.
The approximately 10,033 square foot house is located on a corner plot within the gated River Club community in Suwanee, Georgia. Prior to Cousins' acquisition, it underwent extensive renovation. The modernisation combined the traditional architecture of the house with modern features in its spacious living and entertaining areas. The entrance hall is flanked on both sides by the dining room and a study with one of the three internal fireplaces.
Inside, a newly designed kitchen opens directly onto the adjacent family areas. A fully finished terrace level provides additional space that can be used as a media room, gym, recreation area, or guest suite. Outdoors, there is a converted, covered veranda overlooking the garden, above another covered porch and an outdoor fireplace.

Cousins' house is situated in The River Club, a private luxury community built around a Greg Norman-designed golf course on the Chattahoochee River. Community amenities include clubhouse dining, tennis courts, fitness centres, and other recreational facilities. At the heart of the recreation centre is a residents-only swimming pool with a children's paddling pool and surrounding lounging areas. On the other side of the clubhouse are eight tennis courts and a playground.
Although Cousins and his family only lived in this house for a few years, many memories were made there. The move to Georgia and the adjustment to a new team and state marked an important phase after six seasons with the Minnesota Vikings. The house served as a vital anchor during this transitional period, even though the Atlanta chapter turned out to be shorter than expected. With his commitment to the Las Vegas Raiders, Cousins now hopes that the renewed sale will mark the end of the Georgia chapter and allow his family to fully settle into their next city.
