Modern security requirements in the field of video security extend beyond classic surveillance systems and focus on integral solutions. These integrate diverse video, alarm, and building technology systems, intelligently evaluate security-relevant events, and enable immediate reaction when necessary. Customer-specific requirements vary depending on the operating environment, IT infrastructure, and regulatory frameworks.
Against this backdrop, Klüh Security has entered into a strategic partnership with Geutebrück. Geutebrück is an established provider of video security solutions for locally operated infrastructures. This collaboration aims to provide tailored solutions, particularly for clients with high demands regarding data sovereignty and the on-premise operation of security-critical systems.
Klüh Security is thereby strengthening its strategic alignment to cover a broad spectrum of modern security architectures through targeted technology partnerships. The cooperation combines the core competencies of both companies: Geutebrück supplies an open, scalable video platform that enables video surveillance, AI-supported analysis, and the integration of various security and third-party systems. In addition, Klüh Security supports this with operational security services, control centre expertise, and profound experience in protecting personnel and infrastructure.
End-to-end Security Processes and Operational Response
A key element of this solution is the connection of the Geutebrück platform to Klüh Security's Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) and Emergency Call and Service Centre (ECSC). At this central point, messages from video, alarm, and building technology systems are aggregated. The control centre evaluates these events according to predefined criteria, prioritises them, and coordinates further processing.
Through the use of AI-based analysis and alarm functions, security-relevant incidents are classified more quickly and translated into concrete measures. This includes qualified alarm processing, the deployment of security personnel, and on-site intervention. Sven Horstmann, Managing Director at Klüh Security, highlighted that security today arises from the intelligent interplay of technology, data, and operational expertise. He emphasised that Geutebrück provides open and powerful video platforms for demanding security environments. The combination of these technologies with Klüh Security's operational control centre expertise creates an end-to-end security process, ensuring fast and reliable responsiveness in an emergency.
