In Pulheim, North Rhine-Westphalia, Logivest NRW GmbH successfully brokered approximately 9,000 square metres of logistics space to the Maintrans Gruppe. The leased property belongs to Segmüller Polstermöbelfabrik GmbH & Co KG. The Maintrans Gruppe, a logistics and transport service provider operating nationwide, had commissioned Logivest to search for additional storage space in the Cologne metropolitan area.

The property now leased comprises approximately 9,000 square metres of hall space, supplemented by office and social areas. At the new location, the Maintrans Gruppe will handle processes for transshipment, storage, and sorting, primarily serving clients in the e-commerce and last-mile sectors. Through this lease, the company strengthens its presence in North Rhine-Westphalia and creates the necessary capacities for further development and for the efficient provision of logistics services.

The property at Segmüller-Allee 3 is equipped with 14 loading ramps and one drive-in ramp. A crucial requirement for the tenant was the possibility of utilising the space on a 24/7 basis. Furthermore, a generous outdoor area is available, allowing for the parking of smaller transport vehicles.

Marlon Bäumler, Consultant Industrial & Logistics (Letting) at Logivest NRW GmbH, emphasised the convenient transport links: Pulheim is located in the Cologne catchment area and has good connections to the motorway network. The A1 motorway is approximately four kilometres away, and the A57 is about eight kilometres away. The Cologne-North motorway interchange can be reached within less than 15 minutes, qualifying the connection as optimal.

Holger Meirose, Logistics Operations Manager of the Maintrans Gruppe, commented on the acquisition: With the new location in Pulheim, the company is specifically expanding its contract logistics capacities to continue offering flexible and high-performing logistics solutions to its clients in the future. He highlighted the professional and collaborative cooperation with Logivest as crucial for the successful and timely implementation of the project. Luca Wagner, Consultant Industrial and Logistics Letting at Logivest NRW GmbH, added that the collaboration with all project stakeholders was professional from the outset. Logivest is pleased to have brokered a property to the tenant that meets their requirements. The handover of the space has already taken place.
