In Osnabrück, Lower Saxony, an extensive logistics property with a total area of over 7,000 square metres has been successfully mediated to Bohnenkamp SE. The transaction was handled by Logivest, a consultant specialising in logistics properties. Bowery, a real estate investor focused on the pan-European logistics sector, acted as the landlord of the property, located at Am Huxmühlenbach 4.
Bohnenkamp SE, an Osnabrück-based company with a long tradition in wholesale tyre trade for commercial vehicles, was looking for space that was available at short notice and offered efficient connectivity for storing tyres. The property mediated by Logivest is located just a 20-minute drive from Bohnenkamp SE's previous company premises, ensuring optimal location continuity.
The lease comprises a total usable area of more than 7,000 square metres on a plot exceeding 18,000 square metres. This includes approximately 300 square metres of office space. The warehouse features a height of 7.40 metres and has a total of eleven loading bays, including five ground-level accesses and six ramps.
Location and accessibility
The property's location is defined by its central position and direct access to the A33 motorway. This provides excellent access to both the A30/A33 motorway interchange and the A1. Münster/Osnabrück Airport is also reachable in approximately 25 minutes by car, further optimising traffic connectivity.

He emphasised that only two weeks passed from the initial viewing to the contract signing, which underscores the effective cooperation of all parties involved. The property solution found is convincing both in terms of location and value for money. Jan Valk, Director Asset Management at Bowery, also commented on the letting. He highlighted that this transaction illustrates the quality and flexibility that Bowery pursues in its properties and asset management strategy.
The handover of the premises and occupation by Bohnenkamp SE have already taken place, allowing the new logistics solution to be put into operation immediately. This development strengthens the logistics infrastructure in the Osnabrück region and supports Bohnenkamp SE's operational processes.
