This transaction marks a strategic step for the future development and repositioning of the established hotel location in the Pfalz region. The brokering of the acquisition process was supported by Christie & Co., with the expertise of Sophie Paus and Lukas Hochedlinger acknowledged in this context.
The property comprises 124 hotel rooms and also offers catering, conference and wellness areas. Its location in Deidesheim, one of Germany's most prominent wine and tourism regions, lends it particular appeal. The direct connection to the Deutsche Weinstraße, its proximity to well-known wineries, cultural institutions and tourist attractions, and the convenient accessibility of the Rhein-Neckar metropolitan region create favourable conditions for sustainable further development.
