The patent law firm Meissner Bolte has positioned itself through a long-term lease of office space in the New Ganghofer in Munich. The property, located in Munich's Westend district, will in future serve as the workplace for around 160 employees of the firm. This transaction underscores the attractiveness of revitalised office properties in the urban area.
IGENUS Immobilien acted as the exclusive advisor on the tenant's side in this process, supporting Meissner Bolte with the comprehensive site and space search. They also provided assistance throughout the entire leasing process. The owner's interests were exclusively represented by Colliers International, who managed the letting through to its successful conclusion.
Modern Work Environments in a Revitalised Ensemble
The New Ganghofer is characterised by modern and flexibly designable office spaces. It is part of a comprehensively revitalised building ensemble, whose design dates back to the architect Otto Steidle. Meissner Bolte's selection was significantly influenced by several property features.
- —Landscaped inner courtyards
- —Rooftop terraces
- —State-of-the-art building technology
- —Contemporary sustainability concept
These features contribute to creating an attractive working environment, which was a decisive factor in the Meissner Bolte firm's decision. According to Martin Riedl, Managing Director of IGENUS Immobilien, New Ganghofer was identified as a location that combines modern work environments, a high quality of stay, and long-term development opportunities. IGENUS Immobilien accompanied the firm as an exclusive partner in this step.
Alexander Westermann, Director Office Letting at Colliers in Munich, described Meissner Bolte's lease as another important step for the repositioning of New Ganghofer. He elaborated that current demand demonstrates that the revitalised building, with its flexible space concept, represents a compelling prospect even for demanding users and established companies.
