Empira Group, a vertically integrated real estate investment manager and a Partners Group company, has secured a significant letting success in the south of Munich. In the Kistlerhof commercial complex, the company has signed a lease agreement for 3,192 square metres of gross floor area with Hologate GmbH. The rented premises are spread across the ground floor and the sixth floor of Building 1 at Kistlerhofstraße 70. Following the completion of the planned conversion works, the move-in date is scheduled for 1 November 2026.
The tenant is an internationally active technology company founded in Munich in 2013, focusing on artificial intelligence and extended reality. Hologate designs modular systems comprising software, hardware and smart solutions for fields of application such as enterprise, defence, public safety, education and entertainment. The future layout in Kistlerhof combines modern office space with exhibition areas, bringing together technological demonstrations and workspaces at a single central location.
Site consolidation and quarter profile
For Hologate, the lease represents a consolidation of operational units within the site. As Leif Petersen, founder and CEO of Hologate, explains, the internal relocation makes it possible to bring staff back together under a single roof following years of continuous growth. The space provides room for future expansion and improves direct interaction with partners and clients.
From the owner's perspective, the deal reinforces the strategic profile of the site. Benjamin Meiereder, asset manager at Empira Group, emphasises that securing an internationally operating technology firm fits squarely with the strategy of positioning the location as an innovative quarter featuring players from the digital and creative industries. The combination of varied use types and flexible space concepts provides the key foundation for ongoing management.
