A private Munich property holder completed the leasing of a retail space of approximately 485 square metres in the Glockenbachviertel to BOLIA International A/S. The space in question is located in an old building near Gärtnerplatz, in Munich's inner-city Glockenbachviertel. The transaction was legally advised on real estate matters by the European law firm Fieldfisher.
BOLIA will utilise the commercial space for sales and consultancy services in high-quality furniture, home accessories and interior design. The Danish provider, which already operates two branches in Munich, is establishing a third presence in the city with this long-term lease. This marks BOLIA's first location in the Glockenbachviertel.
