NEO Professional Solutions GmbH, specialising in the placement of talent in the construction, engineering, IT, and life science sectors, has signed a lease agreement for office space in the HEADS Office in Munich-Aschheim. This move comes as part of the company's continuous growth, which has seen it expand across locations in Germany and Switzerland since its founding in 2019.

According to Johannes Kahra, Managing Partner of NEO Professional Solutions GmbH, the working environment needed to meet the company's own high standards for excellence. The HEADS Office offers the desired quality, sustainability, and innovation for this purpose. The 30-strong team will operate across 800 square metres in the HEADS Office in the future.

Concept and Features of the HEADS Office

The HEADS Office, developed by the Rock Capital Group, is characterised by a new-work concept that combines productivity, health, and communication. Andreas Wißmeier, Managing Director of the Rock Capital Group, highlighted that the design is based on state-of-the-art architecture. The building is designed as Germany's first 'Immune Office' and spans over 40,000 square metres.

  • High-end conference rooms for demanding meetings.
  • Green atria that create a pleasant working atmosphere.
  • An in-house restaurant named 'Hungry HEADS'.
  • A crèche and a yoga room for employees.

The open space structures allow tenants to individually design their work areas, which can be flexibly used for collaboration, concentrated work, and informal communication. This flexibility is intended not only to meet current requirements but also to provide room for future growth.

Importance of Location Choice and Awards

Johannes Kahra emphasised that with HEADS, the company has found an address that enables long-term strategic development in an international environment. Andreas Wißmeier stated that the vision of gathering 'smart minds for the work of tomorrow' in the HEADS Office is confirmed by the tenancy of NEO Solutions. The user-centric features of the building, which generate added value beyond mere atmosphere, were crucial here.

The design and features of the HEADS Office have received multiple awards. Among the prizes received are the ICONIC Award, the iF DESIGN AWARD, the German Design Award, the Best Workspaces Award, and the Real Estate Architecture Award.
