A contemporary residential building is being constructed in the new 'Fuchshof' development area in Ludwigsburg. The project, backed by entrepreneur and property investor Jürgen Pflugfelder, comprises 58 rental apartments.
The construction costs for the project have been estimated in the mid-double-digit million range. Completion is planned for autumn 2024. The undertaking contributes to the development of the 'Fuchshof' area, which is characterised by the transformation of a former industrial site into an urbanistically integrated residential quarter.
Details on the project structure and letting
The 58 apartments in 'Fuchshof' will have a total living area of approximately 3,900 square metres. According to the project participants, the units are primarily designed as rental apartments. Marketing of the apartments is scheduled to begin in mid-2024. Immowerk, a company from Ludwigsburg, has been mandated for the letting.
The residential quarter in 'Fuchshof' is developing on the site of the former Stölzle nursery and offers not only residential properties but also a connection to the urban infrastructure. The planned development includes not only rental apartments but also integrates various uses to create a vibrant and functional environment.
