Skyline Plaza in Frankfurt am Main is expanding its service portfolio with the opening of LUCKY LUCY. This marks the first dog spa salon of its kind to be established in a German shopping centre. On an area of almost 70 square metres on the first floor of Skyline Plaza, LUCKY LUCY offers professional coat care, individual coat styling, and spa treatments for dogs.
The concept focuses on tailored grooming and styling services, adapted to the specific coat type, character, and individual needs of each dog. Deyu Zhuang, Brand Development Manager for LUCKY LUCY, emphasised that the well-being of the animal is at the core of their service. Care is provided with patience, respect, and affection, using skin- and coat-friendly products to ensure a positive experience for both the animals and their owners.
Strategic portfolio expansion
The establishment of LUCKY LUCY represents a continuation of the ongoing development of Skyline Plaza and adds a hitherto unique concept to its industry mix. The integration of this specific service offering underscores the shopping centre's efforts to diversify its offerings for visitors.
Olaf Kindt, Centre Manager of Skyline Plaza Frankfurt, highlighted that LUCKY LUCY is a valuable addition to the shopping centre. He described the concept as a combination of professional services and a genuine passion for animals, which expands Skyline Plaza's offerings with a special service for many of its visitors. The new opening underlines the relevance of specialised services within retail properties.
Location and opening
The salon opened on 19 September and is located in the service area on the first floor. Deyu Zhuang considers its positioning in Skyline Plaza an advantageous setting for implementing the company's philosophy.
