Newmark is expanding its advisory services in Germany by establishing a dedicated Industrial & Logistics Advisory division. This new unit will be led by Armin Herrenschneider, who will commence his role on 1 August 2026. Herrenschneider is considered a proven expert in the industrial and logistics real estate segment and brings over 25 years of industry experience.
In his new role, Herrenschneider will build a specialised team in Germany. The focus will be on advising owners, developers, and occupiers. Services will include the leasing of industrial and logistics space, as well as the marketing of brownfield and greenfield projects. This strategic expansion underscores the importance of the industrial and logistics market for Newmark in Germany.

Before joining Newmark, Armin Herrenschneider worked at CBRE, where he was most recently responsible for the repositioning and marketing of existing space as Head of Industrial & Logistics Brownfield Solutions. Prior to that, for several years, he led the nationwide business in this sector as Managing Director and Co-Head Industrial & Logistics Germany. His expertise includes advising international key accounts and corporate clients, leasing logistics and production space, and the sale and development of industrial and logistics sites.
