The home, built nine years ago, features five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a two‑story living room, a first‑floor primary suite, and a walk‑out basement with a media room, billiards lounge, wet bar, wine cellar, and gym. Outdoor amenities include a zero‑entry saltwater pool with hot tub, a screened porch, and a three‑car garage equipped with an EV charger. Goochland assessed the property at $2.4 million.
