ov 3 2025 – VanTrust Real Estate will develop 121 Commerce Park, a 42‑acre industrial site at the northwest corner of Tina Drive and SH 121. The plan includes two Class A buildings totaling over 511,000 sq ft. Phase 1 features Building A (241,561 sq ft) and Building B (269,641 sq ft), configurable for single or multiple tenants. Construction starts 2Q 2026, finishing 2Q 2027. Phase 2 adds 250,000 sq ft of space, to be built after Phase 1 completion.
