T
he Stallone sisters - Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet - may soon be calling the Hamptons home. Their father, Sylvester Stallone, is in contract to purchase an eight-bedroom mansion in East Hampton for close to its $24.95 million asking price.
Sources say it's an all-cash deal, but the sale hasn't yet closed, so the final price remains unknown. The property, developed by designer James Michael Howard, boasts a highly designed interior with rich jewel tones and custom furnishings from around the world.
The 11,644-square-foot home features eight bedrooms, including a junior suite with a balcony, as well as a screening room and more bedrooms downstairs. It also comes with a pool, pool house, and plenty of outdoor space for entertaining.
Stallone reportedly bought the residence sight unseen after two video tours. The daughters' relocation from Hollywood to the East Coast was featured in "The Family Stallone" on Paramount+. To prepare for their big move, Sophia and Sistine even trained with Navy SEALs.
The home's interior design is a testament to Howard's Southern charm and style, with custom details like hand-painted floors and walls created by artisans flown in from the South. The property also features a double-height foyer, dramatic staircase, great room, formal dining room, family room with woodburning fireplace, and radiant-heated mudroom.
Located just a mile from the ocean on 1.1 acres, this turn-key home is ready for its new owners to move in and enjoy its many amenities.
