anuary 17, 2025 – Leaders International has been selected by the Alberta Real Estate Foundation to lead its search for a new executive director. Patti Morris will retire in June. Partner Anurag Shourie and search associate Deepthi Koshy are leading the assignment.
The executive director will oversee the foundation's overall management, providing strategic leadership and direction to staff. They will coordinate activities with outside entities and offer complex administrative support to the board of governors. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in not-for-profit boards, effective project management, and financial expertise.
Leaders International is seeking candidates with:

* Visionary: ability to formulate and articulate a detailed vision for the organization
* Politically Astute: understanding of legislative processes and ability to guide the board

The Alberta Real Estate Foundation is a non-profit grantmaking organization established in 1991. It supports Alberta's real estate industry through strategic investments, funding projects across various initiatives.
