eridian Capital Group, a leading commercial real estate finance and investment sales advisor, has appointed Amy Heller as Senior Managing Director of its senior housing and healthcare group. With over two decades of experience in healthcare finance, Heller will focus on debt brokerage for the sector.
As one of the nation's top financial intermediaries for commercial senior housing and healthcare properties, Meridian covers both debt brokerage and investment sales across skilled nursing, senior housing, medical office, and other product types. In 2024 alone, the firm partnered with 38 lenders to originate $4.7 billion in healthcare-related debt financing.
Heller's background includes founding and leading Forbright Bank's Healthcare and HUD lending divisions, where she managed nearly $3 billion in healthcare loans. Prior to that, she held leadership roles at HealthCare Financial Partners, Heller Financial, and CapitalSource Finance, overseeing portfolios and managing complex transactions.
