ere's what sold for under $200,000 in the Bay City area between Oct. 21 and Oct. 27:

    In Monitor Township, three properties caught our attention for their proximity to the desired price range and spacious living areas.

    1. At 5163 Reinhardt Lane, a detached house was sold for $188,500 ($101 per square foot). Built in 1968, this home spans 1,858 square feet of living area on a 9,278-square-foot lot.

    2. A three-bedroom, two-bathroom detached house at 2993 Douglas Drive changed ownership in August for $179,900 ($165 per square foot). The property covers 1,092 square feet and sits on a 0.3-acre lot.

    3. Located at 663 East Hotchkiss Road, this detached house sold for $173,000 ($105 per square foot) in October. Built in 1960, the home spans 1,646 square feet and sits on a 0.6-acre lot.

    In other areas of Bay City, we found two more properties that fit our criteria:

    4. At 1208 N. Dewitt Street, a single-family house with four bedrooms and three bathrooms sold for $160,100 ($118 per square foot). Built in 1940, this property offers 1,360 square feet of living space on a 7,405-square-foot lot.

    5. A detached house at 1510 Ryan Street was sold for $160,000 ($135 per square foot) in October. This three-bedroom, one-bathroom home spans 1,182 square feet and sits on a 5,227-square-foot lot.

    Note that these properties were recorded as sales during the week of Oct. 21, even if they may have been sold earlier.
