alm Beach County's condo market experienced a decline last week. Brokers closed 65 sales totaling $27.8 million from November 3rd to November 10th, down from the previous week's 114 sales worth $50.2 million. The average sale price per unit decreased to $427,088, compared to $440,082 in the prior week. However, the average price per square foot rose to $297 from $294.
The top 10 sales ranged from $800,000 to $3.7 million. Unit 6-A at Beresford in Boca Raton sold for $3.7 million, or $1,447 per square foot, after being on the market for 146 days. The sale was listed by Adrienne Jankelow with Coldwell Banker Realty and represented by Scott Eckert with RPE Realty.
