ethenny Frankel, a businesswoman and former "Real Housewives of New York" star, has sold her Connecticut estate, Applejack Farm. The 3-acre property in Greenwich fetched $7.825 million in a recent transaction. Corcoran Centric Realty's Jeff Jackson represented Frankel, while Martha Jeffrey and Anne Oglivy of Sotheby's International Realty worked with the buyer.
The historic home features a main house with five bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half-baths, as well as a guest cottage with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The property boasts a spacious kitchen with La Cornue appliances, a formal sitting room with wood-paneled walls and a large fireplace, beamed ceilings, and ornate molding.
Frankel purchased the estate in 2021 for approximately $4.2 million and spent time transforming it into a family compound. She has since parted ways with the property, which is located in one of Connecticut's most affluent towns, where the median home price was $1.8 million in May.
The sale of Applejack Farm reflects Greenwich's current market trends, where demand outpaces supply even at the highest end of the market. Frankel still owns homes in the Hamptons, New York City, and Miami, with Florida serving as her primary residence.
