A two-bedroom trailer listed at $450,000 boasts 636 square feet of living space, a large deck, outdoor shower, and internal laundry. This seaside property is priced lower than a similarly sized Midtown condo.

    Corcoran agents Danielle Wilson and Gary DePersia hold the listing for this affordable option as well as the community's cheapest property, a $419,000 one-bedroom home built in 1983. Both properties are within walking distance of Ditch Plains Beach, known for its excellent surfing conditions.

    Mobile homes in Montauk Shores vary greatly in age, amenities, and size. Even high-end listings are offering discounts, with a luxury two-bedroom mobile home reducing its price from $2.45 million to $2.19 million. A three-bedroom home that initially listed for $3.6 million is now available at a $1 million discount.
