iffany Sanders has joined Blank Rome as an of counsel in its Washington real estate group, the firm announced on October 30. A seasoned attorney, Sanders advises clients on various aspects of real estate law, including debt financing, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Her expertise also extends to construction contracts, lease negotiations, and regulatory compliance.

    Sanders brings her experience from Edge Funds Management, where she served as president and general counsel. At Blank Rome, she will leverage her skills in risk assessments, sustainability, and strategic planning to support clients' business goals.
