ynergy has appointed Carolyn Molloy as its new Leasing Manager, a strategic move aimed at accelerating leasing efforts and supporting the company's growing property portfolio. With over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate, Molloy brings a proven track record of success in office, industrial, lab, and medical office leasing.
Molloy joins Synergy from WS Development, where she served as Director of Office Leasing and led national leasing efforts, launching new medical office clusters and driving record-setting rents across Greater Massachusetts. Her experience also includes over a decade with Lincoln Property Company, contributing to leasing initiatives in downtown and suburban markets.

Molloy is actively involved in the commercial real estate community as a member of NAIOP and CREW, and holds a Massachusetts Real Estate License. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Finance at Providence College.
