everly Hills Estates founders Rayni Williams and Branden Williams have parted ways, according to a joint statement obtained by The Real Deal. "After careful consideration, we've made the difficult decision to separate as a couple," they said. "We remain committed to our company, each other, and our family. Our friendship has been the foundation of our success." Despite their personal separation, both will continue in their roles: Rayni as CEO and Branden as president.
The Williams duo left Hilton & Hyland in 2020 to launch Beverly Hills Estates, which has rapidly grown into one of Los Angeles County's top luxury brokerages. In four years, they've established a strong brand identity that sets them apart from traditional firms. "We wanted autonomy to be ourselves and not conform to outdated systems," Rayni explained earlier this year.
Beverly Hills Estates recently ranked 11th on TRD's list of largest L.A. County brokerages, with $1.1 billion in sales volume across 187 deals. Their team, Williams & Williams Estate Group, placed second among agents and teams, with over $1 billion in sales across 179 transactions.
