iami-Dade County's condo market saw a surge in sales volume and prices during the first week of December. Brokers closed 94 condo deals worth $79.6 million from Dec. 1 to Dec. 8, up from 83 sales totaling $54.1 million the previous week. The average sale price jumped to $846,364, compared to $651,882 in the prior week.
The average price per square foot also rebounded, rising to $587 from $465, according to Redfin data. Top 10 sales ranged from $252,000 to $1.6 million, with unit PH 5105 at Brickell Flatiron taking the top spot at $1.6 million. The sale closed at $1,294 per square foot after 52 days on market.
The second-highest sale was unit G204 at Villas of Miami Lakes for $350,000, or $324 per square foot after 62 days on market. Here's a breakdown of the top 10 sales:
