ondo sales in the area saw a slight dip from the previous week, with 105 units sold totaling $35.3 million between May 30 and June 7. This is down from 127 units sold for $43.4 million the week prior. The average sale price per unit decreased to $335,816 compared to $341,962 in the previous week.

    According to Redfin data, the average price per square foot rose to $290 from $266. The top 10 sales ranged from $605,000 to $2.4 million. Unit 3901 at Beach Club took the top spot with a $2.4 million closing, selling for $1,162 per square foot after 115 days on market.

    Unit 2A at 33 Intracoastal came in second, selling for $1.7 million or $800 per square foot after 79 days on market. Here's a breakdown of the top 10 sales:
